December is a great time to purge stuff, from books to applications to contacts lists. If I haven’t talked to you in 10 years, adios.
My doctor said I should keep a watchful eye on the fatty foods. I eat so few fatty foods anyway that it’s hard to cut out any more.

Today’s lunch featured an Amy’s Organic quarter-pound veggie burger with a no-fat wheat bun, and some Amy’s Organic Lentil Vegetable soup.
